Inside you'll find the Recroom with pool table, flat-screen TV, arcade game table (including PacMan, Donkey Kong, Ms. PacMan, etc.) and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink and microwave. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks, flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway). Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Heated Pool available for a $500 weekly fee and includes guest use of the gas firepit. Without pool heat the firepit will not be available to guests. Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

This property does not provide beach chairs.
Gas Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
