You and your family will enjoy ocean views just one lot from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ocean Sands Section F. We are located on the sandy beach, with NO roads to cross, just a quick walk to the ocean.

Watch breaking waves, wildlife, and spectacular sunrises from the comfort of your chair in the unique, octagon-shaped, two-story, bright, and airy Great Room. Enjoy our two large sundecks and the large screened-in deck for outside dining or enjoying the cooling breezes while protected from the elements.

The house was very clean and the location was excellent for us. My inlaws used the hot tub and said it was nice/clean and the temperature was good. The pool was closed for the season as we stayed Thanksgiving week. There are a lot of stairs in the house and to get to the beach. While this was no problem for the 6 of us who stayed there, I would not recommend this house for someone who has trouble with stairs. The proximity to shopping, attractions, and restaurants was great! We visited two light houses (climbed one of them), did a wild horse tour, and spent some time on the beach flying the kite my husband brought with us. Our two dogs were with us and they enjoyed their walks around the neighborhood and on the beach too. There were a couple of small issues that didn’t affect our stay, but I did bring it up to the owners and they said they would get them taken care of after our stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the owners were very responsive to any questions.

This Amazing Place was Perfect for our Vacation! The Communication from the Hosts was very detailed and informative on how to operate TV, Check Out, Hot Tub, etc. House was clean, kitchen was stocked and we stayed an additional 4 nights! The house was beautiful, and had just about everything we needed. Very close to the Supermarket. Stocked with games and puzzles. Bedrooms were spacious, and comfortable with a deck off each master, and each had its own TV. We had wind and rain during our stay but the Hot Tub made up for not being able to go into the ocean. When it finally cleared up the beach was just steps away. We had a good time and everyone agreed we would book here again.

Location, location, location!

We just returned from a week here and were very pleased with our overall experience. The house is VERY close to the beach - literally a 2-minute walk. You can see the ocean from the top deck. Having the private pool and hot tub provided options when the wind and rip currents prohibited swimming in the ocean. House is spacious and kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, appliances, etc.We were excited to learn that the house was clean/ready for us to check-in 1.5 hours earlier than anticipated. After a 12-hour drive, we were all anxious to get out of the car and hit the beach. So that was a pleasant surprise.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely return!

Super excited to see the beautiful beach at the outer banks. Perfect week of summer sunshine. This home provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. If I would have any complaints at all. Is that a week wasn’t long enough. Steps from the ocean and two minutes to the store. We were content vacationers.

Location!

A perfect location, Harris Teeter, golf, wild horse beaches, close to Duck, restaurants etc. The house worked great for our group and so convenient to the beach. We were off season so it was quiet and relaxing. We would rent the home again. It is the horrible ride from Massachusetts of 11 hours and route 13 with lights for over 3.5 hours that would have us rethink the OBX, never mind the speeding ticket. OBX is so worth visiting!!!

What a special place

We booked this property to bring our family together for Thanksgiving with plans to fish, surf, beach, and shop. The eight of us never felt crowded and the kitchen was the best stocked rental home ever (appliances, dishware, cooking tools). The hot tub was delightful as was the views and short walk to the beach. Our Labrador felt right at home as well. We communicated often with the owners and they were beyond helpful. The lack of good surfing waves this week were more than made up by an abundance of dolphin watching all week along with surf-fishing. Could not be happier with our stay or the owners. Chris, NJ

Great beach vacation with our dog! This beach seemed miles long, had lots of shells and in March was practically empty. The home had so much space and room inside and out. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. The mattress was great! Loved our stay!

Nice house and good location

Our first visit to Corolla and my first VRBO rental. It was very enjoyable. The house is a good location, limited view of the water but easy access to the beach. House was very clean and owners were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing excellent recommendations for food and recreation. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely spot

We took an off-season time out to enjoy the quiet and serenity of the beach. The property is easy to find, clean and well appointed, even having a shucking station on the carport. The pool was closed for the season, but the hot tub was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great find

This house was wonderful! Location was fabulous!! Check in was a breeze and the house was even ready early. The owners were wonderful with communication- very quick to respond. Kitchen large and stocked with what we needed. Bedrooms are nice and big - our kids loved the bunk bed room! Linens provided which is always a plus. Having our own private pool and hot tub also a huge plus! We are already planning a return trip!

Close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was great. There is a new house being built between the house and the beach, which takes away some of the beach view (you can’t see this in the pictures listed). The property is very conveniently located. It was walkable to the grocery store, coffee, and ice cream!

Great family vacation in a great location

We absolutely loved our stay! You can't beat the location! The owners were very thorough in providing details in advance, even texting the day of to ensure they were available when we arrived in case of any issues (there were none). The house was very clean and the beds reasonably comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. There is also a wide array of puzzles, games, movies, and books.We loved the private pool and hot tub! For those with mobility limitations, it can be challenging to navigate the many steps in the house and lack of hand rails, but is doable. There are also two walk-in showers. However, accessing the beach is near impossible with four sets of steep stairs over the dunes and a large drop off into the sand at the end. Certainly not a flaw in the property but important to note for those with accessibility needs.

Great family vacation

We are first time visitors to OBX and completely fell in love. The house is on a cul-de-sac and is very private. It was steps away from the boardwalk that lead you to the most amazing beach. The beach was clean, water was clear and it was great for shell hunting. The house was immaculate. Beds and all furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The house location was so close to a grocery store and the best Wild Horse Tour company. The owners of the house were always available to answer a question if we had one. The hot tub was a family favorite!
