TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a large flat-screen TV to enjoy watching your favorite programs or admiring the beautiful views from the wraparound decks with panoramic vistas of the surrounding neighborhood and ocean. The dining area seats 8 and the kitchen bar counter seats 4-8 more persons if needed. The large kitchen is well-stocked and has plenty of counter space for the family “chefs”. A half bath is located near the kitchen. The first of 3 King Master Suites is located on this level with deck access to the back of the house; it has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on the level: the second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo for its master bath. Next there's a Queen Jr. Master Suite which has deck access and new furniture. It has a semi-private bath that is shared with the other 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 Twin beds and the other has 2 Bunk Bed Sets for children.
GROUND LEVEL:
A large game room is available with a Pool table with a large flat-screen TV. There is a full-size refrigerator available and small kitchenette. Just outdoors, enjoy the large private pool (14' x 26') is available and a hot tub. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles.
EXTRAS:
This home is located near the Villages at Ocean community playground, basketball and volleyball courts. There is a limit of 6 rental guests (at this property) who may use this Fitness Center (with a fee) at one time. There is also a fee to use the pickleball/tennis courts which is limited to 6 players at one time. Guests will be provided with ONE parking pass to park at the community amenities and parking lots. The oceanside parking area on offers convenient access to Sharkey's, a full-service snack bar with restroom facilities located adjacent to the beach boardwalk. From this location, guests may enjoy beachcombing, sunbathing, swimming, or strolling along the pristine beaches of Corolla.
