Into the Mystic is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd level condo (no elevator) located in the Indian Summer Condos complex of Ocean Sands in Section F. The oceanside complex offers a community pool with large sun deck and gazebo, tennis/pickleball court with basketball hoop and beach access approximately 500 feet away down a wooden boardwalk with stairs to cross the sand dune to get to the ocean!

The décor gives off a coastal vibe so you know you're staying at the beach! The Living area has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for all of your family members. The sofa can be converted into a Queen sleep sofa if an extra bed is needed. The Dining area seats 6 and the Kitchen has new appliances and is open to the dining and living areas.

There are 3 bedrooms: Master Bedroom w/King w/Flat Screen TV & Bath w/Stand-up Shower, Bedroom w/Queen w/Flat Screen TV, Bedroom w/2 Twins w/Flat Screen TV, Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower Combo & Washer Dryer. All TV's have Spectrum cable through the app.

The furnished covered porch is a nice spot to hang out when you need a break from the sun! There's also covered parking and a community park-style grill!

The condo is close to Harris Teeter, Food Lion, local restaurants, shops and boutiques as well as fun activities for the family including mini-golf, watersports, the Corolla Adventure Park (climbing & axe throwing), wild horse tours, and the Historic Corolla Park featuring the Currituck Club Lighthouse and Whalehead Club.

Location was great. Community was great. Short walk to beach. Property Management very responsive. Home in need of thorough cleaning and maintenance. Could be a very nice place. * Linens were included but we ended up going out and purchasing some. (Use your imagination). Needed to wash the new linens to use them but unfortunately the washer took hours to clean the sand out and the dryer lint was so bad (even after we vacuumed the filter/screen area) maintenance had to come to take apart since the entire vent was packed (fire hazzard)...the list goes on but basically its deferred maintenance and a very poor cleaning service. We like a clean place. Doesn’t have to be perfect but dont want to see dried egg on the table, ketchup on the chairs, crumbs on the floor etc. Feels like you haven’t cleaned it and puts a bad vibe on your entire vacation.
