NEW OWNERS FOR 2026: MASSIVE RENOVATION CURRENTLY BEING PERFORMED. Home will be converted to a 7 or 8 bedroom rental (owner is currently finalizing septic and building permits)! Each will have likely have King size mattresses (6 in all) except for the Sunroom and the Bunkroom, each with their own full (with showers, not baths) bathroom except for the Sunroom, the bunkroom, and the 2 mid Bedrooms. The 2 mid bedrooms will have connected bathrooms, but there will be another door to access the same bathrooms.
