We enjoyed our stay in Cornerbrook. . Our room was nice , clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was great too, so convenient and the food was delicious. Highly recommended this place.

Most everything about the property is non current. Very slow elevator, only one place to eat and it closes at 10 pm, no complimentary water in even the “deluxe” suite we stayed in, and the homeless people around the property which is a problem for most hotels in busy sections of any city not just this one. Check-in staff were friendly.

The driveway can become clogged due to people checking in - had to wait to go park while 3 ATVs unloaded and checked in - no way to get by them and there were other people waiting behind us as well - very frustrating The restaurant had great quick service and the food was great and alot of it.

This hotel needs major upgrades. Bathroom is like a closet and separated. Light bulbs were blown so very little lighting. No fan for the shower had to keep the door closed or it would set off fire alarm. The key card to get in the room was touchy. Windowsill was filthy. The pub downstairs was a grease dive. Large portions but not well put together, the presentation and the staff were forgetting tables and unprofessional. I will not stay there anymore.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here (first time 2021) and we love it there, it's obviously an older hotel and the prices reflect that so you need to keep your expectations in line, you can pay double the price or more across the street for a boutique hotel but that's not worth it for us as the location is the same. We stayed on the 3rd floor, it appears the 4th and 3rd floor look alot cleaner with new carpets etc, I assume renovations are ongoing from top to bottom so maybe that would explain some of the negative comments as floors 1 and 2 aren't updated yet. Our room was clean and the bed comfy , we will be back for sure in the future.

The hotel was a good value overall. I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and it has always been a consistently good value. The room was dated but clean and the beds are comfortable. The AC u it could use some updating as it was noisy through the night. Overall, a satisfactory stay!

Great location with a great view of downtown. Spacious room and comfortable beds. The restaurant down in the pub made the biggest fish tacos we’ve ever seen, so good! Plus we took it to go, and just left the tray outside our room. We’ll definitely stay again!
