A beautiful BNB on a farm. Clean and confortable bed and home make soaps. The breakfast was delicious with coffee. We sat around in the evening with other travellers. Very quiet and peaceful. We had access to a kitchen and great room.
Breakfast was wonderful. Enjoyed visiting with the other guests. First time at a BnB, would like my own bathroom, have to share with the other 3 rooms.
Clean, comfortable bedroom with small ensuite. We enjoyed the shared kitchen and living space, plus a home-cooked breakfast that included local eggs, produce, smoked ham. Eco-friendly options, such as a shampoo bar, instead of plastic bottles of product. The friendly owners and staff really made our stay enjoyable.
A very cozy place to stay with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent sourcing on site ingredients and also drove great conversation. The honesty market was a nice touch to support local artists. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay - very relaxing home/ B&B. Super clean and cozy and the inn keeper who made our breakfast was delightful. I even got to feed the apple/food scraps to the pig. Coming from a farming background it was a nice change of pace from a regular hotel. Lastly the locally sourced toiletries in our room from @seasaltandtwig were wonderful.
A delicious breakfast almost entirely comprised of products raised on their own farm personally cooked and served by the lovely host! She was a delight and full of knowledge and a great storyteller! Highly recommend!
A very comfortable bnb surrounded by some veggie farming and a few animals. The charcuterie board and salad made for a delightful dinner at the end of the day. Bring your own drinks, tho.
Beautiful property, convenient self check in, great breakfast and conversation. Only downfall for us was a shared bathroom, but that is the room and price point we paid for. Would recommend if are ok driving for dinner, nothing really close by
Check in was easy and straightforward. The house was very clean and well equipped. It was nice to meet fellow travellers and share a wonderful breakfast. Thank you Ingrid!
Our host greeted us when we arrived and made us feel at home. Our room was beautiful and had a nice private deck for star gazing. The kitchen was shared but available for everyone who was staying in the bed and breakfast. There were fresh vegetables and salads available from the garden that could be purchased. The sitting area had lots of books if someone needed reading material and also provided items to purchase from local farms around the area. All of these items were available to be sampled in the kitchen as well. We walked a couple of houses down and met the beekeeper and shopped in their craft and honey product store which was lovely. Our host provided suggestions of where we could find the Gros Morne coffee roasters so we had a great visit with them and were able to purchase some coffee beans to bring back with us. We learned so much from the owners. The breakfast that was prepared for us in the morning was delicious and Ingrid taught us some Newfoundland sayings while we ate. We had a great stay, will definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning.
