We had a fantastic stay at Moxy Cork. It’s clean, staff are all friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We saw Brian regularly throughout our stay and he preempted our orders from the first day. Breakfast was delicious and very varied; yogurt, oats, fresh fruit salad, mini pastries, iced donuts, Irish wheaten bread, rolls and every type of bread imaginable, 3 types of fruits, a selection of cold cuts and cheese and a hot selection of bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs and beans. They cooked vegetarian sausages to order and they were delivered hot to our table. Coffee was strong. We couldn’t have asked for more. The Moxy has a young and trendy vibe and after a long day of trawling around Cork city, it was great to return to such a relaxing space. We will be returning as it’s perfectly located too!

The staff and location was excellent, and the room was convenient and clean. There were a few quirks of the property--the sliding bathroom doors were cumbersome and hard to grip and the shower temperature wasn't steady--but the price and location are hard to beat. Would recommend.

The location was first rate - restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance, shops and many other attractions and its situation on the river makes it very appealing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel has a funky and colourful vibe. There are spaces in the reception area to relax, read and play games. Rooms are good and reasonably spacious but could do with more storage to enable you to unpack your stuff.
