A charming apartment with amazing sunset views, modern amenities and Netflix movies.

Our family holiday home is situated in the heart of Lefkimmi,.
The flat offers ample space to accommodate a large family or a group of friends.

Composed of 3 large double bedrooms, all with double/queen beds and built-in wardrobes.
2 additional people can sleep very comfortably in a double sofa bed in the living room.
For our little guests, there is a travel cot, suitable up to 15kg, high chair and toys.

The house is located in a quiet village setting.
Lefkimmi itself is surrounded by lush olive groves and pine trees.

The flat is located on the first floor and is composed of

Living room
The living room is laid out as a spacious open-plan space.
It features a full-sized kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob and integrated oven for all your delicious meals. The fridge-freezer has plenty of storage space for even the biggest family.
There is round dining table situated in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV offering internet streaming movies (Netflix, Youtube)
There is a triple-seater sofa turning into a comfortable double bed.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are spacious with built-in wardrobes to store all your clothes.
They have 2 double- and one queen-sized bed.
For our little guests a portable baby cot is provided free of charge; it can fit into any of the bedrooms or the living room. It can safely sleep a child up to 15kg in weight.

Bathroom
The very spacious bathroom has a comfortable cabin shower and a storage unit for all your toiletries.
It also houses a full-sized washing machine.
Perfect to keep things clean and tidy for a longer stay.

Balcony
The balcony has a full-sized dining table and comfortably sit more than 6 people.
There are retractable tents for those hot summer afternoons.
You have calming day-time views of the surrounding village all the way to the east coast of the island.
And you can end your day with majestic sunset views over the village rooftops and the surrounding green mountains; your camera's memory card will run out of space!

Off-street parking is available free of charge.

The flat's Smart TV offers Greek and Albanian DVB-T channels and Netflix movie streaming.
You are free to use your account or we are happy to share a one-time password.

For the off-season getaway (or for that chance to get away from the summer crowds), the flat offers central heating and a lovely fireplace which begs to be used.

Lefkimmi is ideally placed to explore the most beautiful sandy beaches of south-west Corfu, each offering a number of trendy beach bars (Gardeno, Kavos, Marathias, Halikouna, Saint George,...)
It also offers easy access to equally beautiful and family-friendly sandy beaches on the east coast of the island (Skaloma, Bouka, Alykes, Petriti).
A number of boats depart daily from the port of Lefkimmi for trips to the mainland and Paxos island.

There is plenty of nightlife in the surrounding area, whether you want to have the all-out Kavos experience, visit the upscale options of Saint George Argirades or relax locally in the numerous lounge cafés and beach bars of Lefkimmi.
The breathtaking balcony views of the sunset might even tempt you to just stay in and enjoy a glass of local wine with your friends and family.

There are plenty of grocery shopping options nearby with 3 large supermarkets, numerous corner shops and the local fisherman passing by daily with the catch of the day.

Lefkimmi is easy to navigate with all local amenities (corner shops, bakery, cafes, bars,...) being a 5 minute walk away.

There is a fisherman passing by daily (20m from the flat, white pickup van, between 09:00 - 12:00) selling fresh, locally caught fish of all sizes.

The flat offers secure off-street parking.

Public transport (Green buses) to Kavos and Corfu town stop 30m from the flat.
Their daily schedule is posted in notice boards at the bus stops.
