property up 2 flights of stairs. Very dark at night. Access to area only by car. Refurbishment needed. Refuse bins not in walking distance from property. Broken air conditioner in bedroom. Would have been hospitable to have 1 bottle of water and bathroom soap for shower in place on arrival.
