This beautiful holiday accommodation comprises the entire left side of Villa Annabell on the ground floor and is located on a 3500 m² estate in Agios Spiridon, on the north-eastern tip of Corfu. The accommodation has a spacious room with a double bed, kitchenette, TV, air conditioning and underfloor heating, bathroom, terrace and private access to the pool. It offers sea and pool views as well as a panoramic view of the idyllic landscape. The villa is set in the middle of a large, perfectly maintained estate with olive and lemon trees, cypresses and palm trees, about 5 km from the larger tourist resorts of Acharavi and Kassiopi. It has a completely separate entrance and can accommodate up to 3 people. On request, it is possible to add an extra bed to the studio.
Towels, kitchen towels, deck chairs, parasols on the terrace and pool terrace, and private parking are available. Enjoy the spacious pool area with sun loungers, parasols, barbecue area, pool shower and garden furniture. From the terrace, you can see Pantokrator – the highest mountain on the island – the sea and the Antinioti nature reserve.
Within a 5-10 minute walk, you will find: the two fine sandy, gently sloping beaches of Ag. Spiridon, a supermarket with a snack bar, a travel agency with car rental, the bus stop, horses for riding, a small rocky bay for snorkelling, a mini golf course, various beach tavernas, the nature reserve and much more. The village of Perithia with its traditional houses, taverns serving local delicacies, a cafeteria and an ice cream parlour is 900 metres away. The caves of Lutzes are 4 km away, the UNESCO village of Old Perithia 8 km, and Mount Pantokrator 18 km. As everything is within easy walking distance, you don't necessarily need a car.
