Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware and tableware, making home-cooked meals easy to prepare. The living room and bedrooms each have air conditioning and smart TVs with access to streaming, while the apartment also includes a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer for added convenience. The property offers two separate washrooms — one with a shower cabin and one WC — ensuring flexibility and comfort. Hot water is provided via a switch-activated electric boiler system; once the switch is on, it typically takes 15–20 minutes for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and for safety, the switch should be turned off afterwards. The entrance is clean and accessible, with just a small step, and street parking nearby is free; for longer stays by car there is also a public parking facility at Corfu Square. On request, a baby cot or highchair can be provided, and check-in is made easy via keybox.
