Terrible maintenance! Very dirty rooms, this place is disgusting, I don't recommend it. Common areas are dirty, and there's a smell of weed everywhere, inside and outside the rooms. It's a shame! Because they have a good front desk staff.

My booking was for 2 queen beds room but I was put in a room with 2 double beds (mind you it was for a family of 4). When questioned the staff about it, I was told they don't have rooms with 2 queen beds (apparently this is false advertisement). The room was no more than average. The shower tub is another story. It was painted. The hotel did not provide breakfast, neither hot coffee nor tea.

The room was pretty run down. There was no shower curtain in the tub/shower and didn’t seem to be any hot water after waiting about 5 mins with the tub faucet running. It didn’t feel like the safest spot to spend the night.

The first room was not clean. Floors were dirty, bathroom was used, toilet full. The second room we went to was slightly better. We left a day early because of the constant noise and fact that we felt dirtier after taking a shower.

That property should go through full renovation or be closed due to lack of hygiene. Doors that do not lock. No garbage can inside the room Curtains do not shade anything. Shower curtains are following apart To say the least State of Florida should close the property due to absolute no salubrity

I booked online with Expedia and paid. No one from the facility called to tell me there was no room available, I called prior and someone told me they had my reservation as soon as I walked in I was told they are booked and no space. Im upset with the company and also Expedia.

Never get my business. Studio 6 coral springs fl overbooked so many rooms. Everyone was turned away with nowhere to go. At least 7 people booked through Expedia and were told too bad. Theres no room for you. You will need to call your booking agent and get a refund! What a debacle!
