Overpriced, underwhelming

Single glazed windows on busy street, blocked sink, single beds joined together uncomfortably, broken coffee machine, no shelf for shampoos. Terrible nights sleep

Good hotel few block from the main area. We had a suit so our room was good size. But many rooms are very small to make sure to check the room type. Good staff great service.

The staff and location were wonderful. Don’t waste your money to upgrade to Lounge access. It wasn’t staffed. Food, beverages and glassware were not restocked. We couldn’t even get water.

The location was great. Four stars overall as we had to climb about 7 stairs to reach our room and there was a large beam hanging over my side of the bed. No body wash or soap in shower. Really enjoyed dinner in the bar/restaurant and front desk staff very courteous and helpful.

Great location Tiny room but decent bed Poor for people with physical disabilities no valet concierg at door which is often closed Need to manually open 8 marble steps to get to front desk Big step to enter bathroom high tub with slippery bath mat - moved and folded when stepped on Useless and dangerous No luggage rack in room Coffee maker broke Only one set of glasses and towels despite the hotel encouraging you to not use housekeeping everyday Request for quiet room on higher floor 6 weeks in advance on Expedia booking and at check in ignored 2 nd floor room facing noisy street with evening party animals and garbage trucks Older check in lady saw me struggling with cane and luggage still insisted I check room and come back if unsatisfied?!#*%?!! No extras- only water dispenser at reception . Not clear that access to executive lounge is an upgraded room cost

We enjoyed our stay at this properly for 4 nights in May 2025. As tourists, we found it to be in a great location so we could easily access all the sights. Our particular room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiny. It was clean and quiet and served us well as we were out almost all day everyday. The only complaint about the room itself was that the blackout curtains were not great and sunrise is early this time of year! The staff was helpful when needed and the daily breakfast buffet was fantastic! Thank you for a memorable visit to Copenhagen.
