Great location and clean hotel. Didn’t try the breakfast, just got pastries from shop next door as prefer the have a large lunch. Rooms cleaned every 4 days which wasn’t an issue. Plenty of seating and decent selection of beers. A few decent bars locally and food court next to train station so plenty of options nearby.

The room offered everything that I needed for a few days in Copenhagen. It provided enough room and the bathroom was good. My room was situated very close to the main entrance and it was facing the street, so some guests might have an issue with noise. The breakfast buffet was amazing! There was a great selection of just about every breakfast food you would want. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, too. It was just a few blocks to the central station and the surrounding area is filled with bars, cafes, and restaurants. After travelling around the city, I think it is one of the better areas for a stay.

Room was good, staff was EXCELLENT, especially Janus...he was superb. The toilet clogging 5 times....not so much. But all in all, would stay there again. Close to everything.

No kettle in room and they won’t provide. Heater just on 24/7 in room was so hot, wouldn’t turn down or off just continued to blow out warm air - they came to fix it but it did nothing. Had to sleep with balcony door open got no sleep as so loud on road outside. Door keys kept failing. One of the lifts smelt like sick. Gym is good, looks like they’ve just spent a lot of money on it. Good location, but would opt for another hotel next time.

walkable distance from the train station, with a bus stop outside the hotel. Breakfast was good, perhaps the signages for the hotel guests to return their trays need to be bigger

Lovely hotel if you're looking for something budget friendly in a great location! We stayed here for two nights on a short break straight after our wedding; the bar/reception area downstairs were great and the staff very welcoming. The rooms were very basic, and the beds weren't the comfiest, and the pillows were few and far between (one cushion sized pillow each). There were no amenities within the room for making hot drinks etc, but you could access teas and coffees in reception and these were also free if you signed up to the Strawberry membership. We had only intended to use our hotel as a base for a few days exploring, and it served its purpose well for that - just 5 mins walk from Copenhagen Central station and only a few minutes further to Tivoli and the main shopping areas.
