This is a very basic hotel with the price of 5 star hotel. No facilities in the room, not even for a coffee. The excuse is that in this way, we are going to save the planet!!! But at the same time, they sell expensive coffee in the bar. The bed was completely uncomfortable.

I stay here several times a year. Sometimes by myself (47 female) sometimes with my children (12 year old twin boys) sometimes my mother (67) and sometimes all of us. They have a room type to fit any need. The convenience to the airport, train, metro and buses is perfect for travelers.

Very basic hotel with very sparse room amenities. AC was running warm. No fridge, no in/room coffee maker or iron. No lotion. Limited storage space. No room telephone! For senior solo travelers, this would make it difficult to get in touch with the front desk. Adequate breakfast spread. Convenient location. Not sure if being $100 less than the Clarion was worth it.

This is a great hotel if you are travelling to or from Copenhagen Airport. It's about a 10 minute walk from the terminals without needing to go outside. Food is available over a very wide range of times catering for those who have just arrived and need to eat and for those departing early (as I was) with breakfast from 5:30 am (I believe that there is even an earlier option) There is a laundromat and ironing facilities. Everything that a traveller needs. The room was reasonably sized and I even got the bonus of a view of the Oresund Bridge.

This was a great option for us since we had an overnight layover. Easy to walk to the terminals and also a quick walk to the airport metro to take a train into the city. The gym was surprisingly good for a hotel gym and complementary breakfast was great to have. My only complaint was our room was on the warmer side, while we prefer to sleep very cold.

We checked in at 1am after a long flight and found no towels or pillows in our room and blood stains on the comforter from a prior guest. It was disgusting and we won’t be staying here again. Very slow customer service at the front desk and no telephone to call housekeeping for help. Had to wait in line again for 30 minutes to get towels and pillows
