Very convenient hotel essentially inside the airport. Just walk through ter.inal, inside bridge and youre there in 15 minutes. Just a good place to sleep before your next flight. The additional breakfast buffet with very marge with many options

The food was delicious. The staff was welcoming and it was convenient to the airport. The room and beds were comfortable. The thing that I didn’t like about the experience was that the hotel only wanted cards and no cash for dinner and the bar.

The majority of the staff was fantastic, however there was a day where I went over to Barception to pick up some food and drinks that I had ordered online and this smaller girl with glasses made a comment about me being there to buy Denmark and Greenland which was extremely unprofessional to say the least. I treated her nicely and with respect, as I do with everyone, because my belief is that that how life should be and that everyone should be equal regardless of where you are from or who you are. I am aware that my home country is not the best place in the world right now, but that just seemed a little out of left field, considering all I wanted to do was just grab my drinks and food and head back to my room. Again, every other staff member I interacted with were professional and courteous except for that one girl. As a Hispanic who has to worry about his family being taken away from him and possibly never seeing them again because of our race, this just didn’t stick with me so well. She really needs to watch the things she says when she doesn’t know anything about the individuals she is talking too. I came here to get away from all the BS, and not to have it follow me. Other than this one issue, my stay there was great!

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

Very nice, helpful, friendly, kind and cool staff. The whole concept of the hotel is fantastic. They offer a lot for a fairly lowcost hotel. There is a gym, a laundry, restaurant, bar, ping-pong tables, table tennis, children's play area, free coffee all day, etc - you name it! I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, even for a longer stay. It is connected with a closed corridor to the airport and to the metro and train station, you get to the city center within 20 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Copenhagen. Fantastic service, nice comfortable bed, nicely decorated, large, functional rooms. Great breakfast and dinner. Everything was perfect.
