Sleeping arrangements aren't the best for older grandparents. The hide a bed downstairs was miserably uncomfortable. The spiral staircase to the upstairs was undesirable for my 82-year-old mom. Which is where the good beds were. This is a fantastic place for a young family. Not so much so for older grandparents. We older folks made the best of it and still had a blast with kids and grandkids. 😊

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Their are a lot of activities for kids and adults at the resort and theirs a nice trail to the beach. We had to leave early and were able to get a day refunded which was very kind of them! The couch in the room could use some cleaning, but we put our beach sleeping mat over it and it was fine. We want to come back soon.

This place is a gem. Right next to the beach and you can here the sound of the waves. Not too busy and quiet during our stay. Lot of amenities, including outdoor sports gears, kayak, etc.

The queen bed was fine, but the bunkbed mattresses were absolutely terrible. Neither person slept well at all because of it. And the bathroom being down a steep flight of stairs was not great at night.

This is a beautiful Property, and you cannot go wrong with staying here. I wish we had stayed for longer. Probably the most relaxing place we have visited.

Staff were very nice but the pool and hotub were broken. No mention of broken pool on website or when i booked. They only notified me when i checked in after arriving. Bathroom is very small. I could not sit normally on toilet sithout my knees hitting the wall and i am onky 5ft 8in tall. Also they offer no food minus snacks and there is no delivery service. So unless you bring your own food you have to drive 10mins or so into Ocean Shores. The pictures on website are glorified and make it look much nicer than it is. They did however refund us for one nights stsy when we left early and did not stay the last night we had booked. Staff were very nice.

We do like this place And we did enjoy staying But this time swimming pool didn't work. And swimming pool is very important for my family because kids spend energy there before go to sleep otherwise it's difficult for me. Unfortunately for 3 days (2 nights) swimming pool wasn't fixed. If I knew this in advance I would probably cancel this trip. Otherwise it's great place
