Stayed for a week in June with 4 adults and 3 teens. The cabin is clean and has everything you'll need. Cooper Landing is a great location and the views of the lake are absolutely incredible. The bunkhouse is nice, especially considering 2 of the beds in the main cabin are upstairs in a loft and don't provide much privacy. The other two bedrooms are right off the main living area, with doors opening right into the tv room and the dining space. Things to consider: The blinds throughout the house are not light blocking at all. If you stay during the summer months you will benefit from an eye mask as the house stays light most of the day.The configurations of the bedrooms and loft area make everything nice and cozy. While there are separate sleeping areas, it was really easy to hear everyone regardless of where they were in the house. The house is also right off the highway, with a steep driveway down to the house. This places the highway right above the house. The noise from the traffic is non-stop. It was a little disappointing to be sitting at the beautiful lake and hearing the sounds of traffic. The traffic is also easy to hear in the house and in the bunkhouse and woke us up during the nights. I understand this is no fault of the owner. I was just surprised how close it is to the highway and didn't love all the traffic noise. Because of it, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Overall, the house is very comfortable, and you can't get a better view.
