A modern first-floor maisonette with lovely views, comfortably sleeping four with space for an additional two in the top floor loft room, situated in a quiet residential area a short walk from Deganwy beach and just 2 miles from both Llandudno and Conwy. Rivage is a first-floor maisonette arranged over two levels with the reception hall, bathroom (corner bath and separate shower cubicle and washbasin), WC (no hand basin), and double bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has a spacious twin bedroom and a delightful open plan kitchen-lounge-diner with balcony and fabulous views out over the sea towards Anglesey. Facilities include full central heating, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, Wifi, smart TV. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no-smoking property. Off-road parking for up to two cars

lovely holiday

lovely peaceful area,the views of the sea from the lounge were good,everything there that was needed, the flowers and welsh scones were a nice touch thank you.ideal bus routes to every where we wanted to go.
