Cute Historic House but lacked details to cleanliness

The farmhouse was cute and the atmosphere was charming. The cows and donkey were fun to watch. The cleanliness lacked attention. We had toothpaste dribbles in both bathroom sinks. The shower had hair on the walls. Some of the dishes were greasy. All of this was not a deal breaker, but left me wondering what was cleaned and what was not clean. We handwashed all the dishes we used (even though there was a dishwasher) because we wanted to make sure they were clean. We cleaned the bathroom sink we used, and the shower and toilet. We did contact the owner and they refunded half of our cleaning fee.
