When I made the reservation, I asked if we could split the cost between 2 cards since we were staying 2 nights and they said yes, then when we got there it couldn't be done.
They asked if we requested housekeeping for our 2 night stay, there were 2 of us that were on the reservation, we stated no, but were only given 3 towels, not sure a 4th one wasn't part of the reservation.
The room had a stale odor emitting when you walked in each time, I am thinking it was a moldy smell from the air conditioner.
Apparently we had a family with children on top of our floor that chose to run back and forth for long periods of time.
