Chalet Piedra with private pool

Beautiful stone villa located in Conil de la Frontera with a newly built swimming pool. It is very bright and newly built. It is located between Roche and its beautiful beaches, and the town of El Colorado with its services and restaurants.

It has a maximum capacity for six people and is ideal for family and children.

The house has three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. It has an American style kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for the stay, and a rustic living room. There are two bathrooms, one inside and one outside. It also has two showers, inside and outside.

In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool and an outdoor barbecue. The garden is very spacious and has nice exterior views. The area is very quiet and well connected by car. It has easy parking.

The house is less than five minutes drive from the beaches and coves of Roche, and seven minutes drive from the lively town of Conil.

Conil is a town known for its good atmosphere, climate and gastronomy, which will undoubtedly make your stay a good memory. The gastronomic offer is extensive, between tapas bars, beach bars and restaurants, and its nightlife with cocktail bars and terraces complete a good leisure offer.

Its beautiful white sand beaches such as La Fontanilla, El Palmar, Cala de Roche, Cala del Aceite, Puntalejo .... will delight lovers of the sea and water sports.

On the other hand it also has good combination to be able to visit some nearby towns of the province at 47.2 km from Cadiz, 65 km from Tarifa or 59 km from Puerto de Santa Maria.
