Unacceptable

A couple of friends and myself were driving to Pennsylvania from Vermont to go stay at this location. We took our 8 hour ride to find out the host canceled when we were about an hour away from our destination. The host stated they came down with covid and didn’t make it to the house. I immediately wrote to the host to only get no response and my friends and I were left scrambling to find a place to stay after our reservation was booked a month in advance. Very unprofessional! Very unacceptable! Thankful we didn’t have our children with us. I’d find a different place to stay if you were thinking about booking this spot.
