Hidden Gem! I think this place is truly a hidden gem! First of all, a big thank you to the gentleman at reception on Saturday, June 31, 2025 (I believe your name was either Steven or Jame, sorry for forgetting!). You were incredibly kind and helpful, and made navigating everything so much easier. I really appreciated the warm welcome and great service. Expedia: 2-night stay changed to 1 because of personal health circumstances. No refund or credit offered. Based on long relationship with Expedia and expense, I had hoped for more consideration.
