Lipstick on a pig

This hotel has been purchased by this new company and has been renovated. But it’s been poorly done. The elevators sound as if they will die at any moment. The new paint is flaking off the walls. The hallway floor has divots and dips beneath the carpet. Where new devices were added later (such as alarms or detectors) they didn’t go back and repair th wallpaper. And the new facilities are not being cleaned. Our shower walls were filthy with soap and body scum. Plus there was still body hair in the shower and sink. I ended up going to Rite-Aid and buying shower cleaner and sponges o clean the shower myself since it was so disgusting.

Hotel was conveniently located right off the freeway it was clean and was a short walk from a shopping center featuring great dining multiple restaurants and a movie theater but unfortunately the soundproofing between rooms is poor and you can hear people cough in the next rooms over, they nickel and dime you charging $7 per vehicle to park at the hotel, they claim to be pet friendly but charge you a $75 fee, breakfast not included.

Good place to stay, but can be improved easily.

Room are big, balcony is big but not used. Bathroom - no hooks/ hanger for clothing. No rack for phone. Refrigerator in our room, but no microwave. _____________ Parking fee ($7?) was waived, but why charging the fee when there is plenty of parking next lot? Easy shopping/ mall next- a big plus.

Perfect for my needs

Absolutely incredible staff. Extremely attentive and helpful. Staff and Manager are commended for care and concern. Very attentive!! Room was comfortable, layout of main room was a little bit cramped, and there was an unpleasant and odd odor in the room. Very large bathroom. Foyer was waste of space. Would have loved bathroom hooks to hang night clothes, toiletry bag, etc.
