Horrible customer, service, motels, roaches, flat pillows. The cleaning ladies didn’t want to give up any towels either it was ridiculous. I had to beg for towels

This hotel isn’t in the best area. It’s surrounded by the hood where people get shot almost daily and tweakers … at night you’ll hear lots of people walking around at all hours. The free breakfast isn’t the best but you may be able to grab a fruit. I was overcharged for my stay after hotels.com already charged me but fortunately the hotel refunded me after 4 days… definitely wouldn’t stay again.
