The service was excellent! From check in to the restaurant. The staff was especially friendly. The facilities itself were a bit outdated, but since its bought out by a big hotel chain I suspect that it will undergo major rennovations. Great bones of a hotel, the atrium has a nice earthy feel. The pool area was a bit dark, not a ton of lighting at night, almost kinda creepy. But I loved the indoor trees and plants surrounding the indoor pool area. Really big hotel, not a lot of vacancies. Which wasn't too bad.

Its okay for the price. I think the worst thing was that the water just doesnt get hot enough, no matter the time of day. Not having a hot enough shower is not good for a hotel.

The photos on the internet were deceiving as the Concord wing seemed dated and the room was in very much need of a remodel. There are numerous signs for food that was incorrect and employee lack of knowledge of what is offered on hotel premises that leaves a person wondering if there is lack of communication or if they just don't care. The fire alarm went off (3x) at approximately10 pm due to daughter taking a shower. Front desk offered to remove fire alarm if it continued, but never thought to move rooms, I felt this was a safety and security issue, what if there was a fire when sleeping and there was no fire alarm. Simple fix! move the guests to a room that had no issue. Overall, for the price the hotel was average and to leave on a positive note, there were signs that the hotel is in the process of a complete remodel and the court area looked very nice.
