Very rude employee @ check in. Annoyed that we arrived 5 min prior to checking in. Made to wait until exactly 3pm, then had to stand in line. Also, she was annoyed that we asked to use restroom in lobby.

I went to check in and they said they did not accept my chime credit card, I called Expedia to cancel the reservation, I was disconnected 4 times, I finally spoke with someone and they assured me that my card would not be charged but it still was, I am very angry and want the money put back in my account NOW! Rude person at the front desk. Bunch of tweakers hanging out in the parking lot and inside lobby. Room was half cleaned with a smudge left on toilet rim! WiFi didn’t work strong kept going in & out. Power randomly went out during the early morning. This place has gone down and for the price no way
