Superbe vue mer trĂšs apaisante. Salle de bains qui demanderait Ă  ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e mais fonctionnelle. Logement bien Ă©quipĂ© mais rempli de bibelots inutiles qui prennent de la place sur les Ă©tagĂšres. Emplacement un peu loin du centre de Concarneau (1.9 km) mais possibilitĂ© de se garer gratuitement Ă  mi-chemin le long de la cĂŽte pour se rapprocher.Personnel de l'agence trĂšs gentil.

PremiÚre impression pas terrible car odeur trÚs forte de renfermé et éléments décos de la piÚce principale enlevés en laissant les clous. Canapé trÚs inconfortable. Cuisine au top trÚs bien équipée.

Emplacement top

Vue magnifique direct sur la mer , un peu loin du centre ville mais Ă  cĂŽtĂ© il y a un Bar-tabac-restaurant que je conseille fortement, en plus ils font dĂ©pĂŽt de pain et croissant , appartement trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©, manque juste le wifi mais bon en vacances c’est pas important , et pour les plages une de chaque cĂŽtĂ© de l’appartement au top .

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die KĂŒche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Bis auf das fehlende W-Lan habe ich nichts vermisst. Und entgegen meinen BefĂŒrchtungen habe ich immer einen Parkplatz gefunden an der Straße oft direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster.

Appartement agrĂ©able avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Cuisine complĂšte et fonctionnelle. Belle sdb. Stationnement dans la rue gratuit et emplacement souvent proche de l’appartement. Un petit bĂ©mol pour le lit clic clac vraiment inconfortable et pour l’exposition ( le soleil ne donne sur la terrasse qu’en fin d’aprĂšs midi).

Agréable séjour. Appartement bien situé à proximité des plages et de la corniche . Visite incontournable de la ville close, le port, les marchés. Et bien sûr ne pas rater les alentours comme Pont Aven, la pointe du raz, st guénole, le Guilvinec, Douarnenez, Trevignon, Nevez et j'en passe. Magnifique point de vue de l'appartement sur la baie de Concarneau. Superbe endroit pour des vacances.

IdĂ©alement situĂ©, avec un balcon sur la mer, l’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel et parfait pour 2 adultes. Des petites choses Ă  revoir ( vaisselle dĂ©pareillĂ©e, pomme de douche dĂ©faillante mais remplacĂ©e le jour mĂȘme, canapĂ© peu confortable pour le passer en convertible ), mais vraiment un excellent emplacement Ă  2 pas littĂ©ralement de la plage des Sables Blancs. Schöne Wohnung,gut geschnitten,Schlafzimmer zur Strasse hin etwas laut, Ausstattung der KĂŒche etwas dĂŒrftig. Insgesamt schon ein bisschen verwohnt. ohne Wlan,die Sauberkeit war nicht 100% ig. WĂŒrde aber trotzdem wieder hin fahren wegen der guten Lage und dem tollen Ausblick!

Concarneau mit Meerblick

Das Apartment ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. SpektakulÀr ist der herrliche Blick in die Bucht auf Wasser. Wir haben besonders auf dem Balkon die Abendsonne genossen.
