EXCEPTIONAL PANORAMIC sea view house, garden and terrace
Facing the city center of Concarneau and in front of the customs trail (gr34), imagine the bay of Concarneau and its mythical walled city. This is the idyllic setting that will welcome you for your getaway.
This house, originally a lighthouse keeper's house, was completely renovated at the start of 2015 under the direction of an interior designer, offering you high-end services.
The house has a large living room with an open kitchen and upstairs a bathroom and 3 bedrooms; these rooms all having sea views.
The garden of around 400 m2 offers a sea view terrace (exhibition: South West)
Its location will allow you, in 10 'on foot, to reach the walled city (shops, restaurant), by taking the ferry.
Convenience store as well as
Beaches and swimming pool are a 5-minute walk away.
On the ground floor, the equipped kitchen is open to the living room and the dining room allowing, from a huge panoramic bay open to the South West to enjoy the mesmerizing spectacle offered by the activity of pleasure and fishing boats entering and leaving the port. This very neat interior room also has the following facilities: TV, satellite French English German channels, hifi, free WIFI.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with full sea view, facing West, each with a 160X190 bed; special care was given to the choice of bedding. 1 bedroom with bunk beds of 90X190 each, a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, WC
Outside, two terraces are available: a terrace with a full sea view exposed to the South West with garden furniture and sunbathing; another terrace to the east, with transparent sea view with dining area in a protected location.
