Guests have access to two modern bathrooms—one is a spacious family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, and the other a convenient shower room.Colwyn Bay has a train station, shops, bars and restaurants, with Porth Erias being home to the celebrated Welsh chef, Bryn Williams Bistro. For families the Welsh Mountain Zoo is well worth a visit. Rhos-on-Sea is a delightful coastal town with a charming promenade, cafes, and a traditional harbor. Whether you're into paddleboarding, golf, cycling, scenic coastal walks, or browsing local shops and eateries, there's something here for everyone. With the stunning Welsh countryside and Snowdonia National Park within easy reach, and nearby attractions such as Llandudno and Conwy, Sea Bank is the perfect base for your next seaside escape.This property is ideally suited for families, unfortunately we are unable to accept workers, and please be aware no bachelor/bachelorette parties and no parties are permitted.Please note that there are steps up to the property's front door and outside into the yard.
