Summary:
This beautiful, historic 1800's home is just a short stroll to downtown restaurants and attractions, and only 15 minutes to Fort Moore. Whether you are attending a military graduation, traveling for business, or just here to soak up the rich culture of Columbus, you will love this Southern classic! It's the perfect place to relax, explore, and fellowship. If you are traveling as a big group, book the apartment in the back, too. Together they sleep 15!

The Space:
This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom home is a perfect place to get away. The bedrooms are accented by gorgeous heart-pine floors and illuminated by large windows. Bedroom one has a queen bed, and bedroom two has two full beds and a trundle bed (twin with twin pullout underneath).
Enjoy a movie or sporting event in the living room. The couches center around a unique fireplace that no longer works, but it adds to the historic character of this great home! Cook up any meal in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy outside on the rocking chairs and porch swing! During your stay, you will have full access to the front unit; the back unit is rented separately. Please inquire if you are interested in renting both together.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit! It is a town home, but both units have their own entrances and are completely separate. This unit is located in the front, and there is a separately rented back unit.

The Neighborhood:
This historic home is located in Uptown Columbus within walking distance to Broadway, the River walk, Columbus State University, and the Spring Opera House. Enjoy all of the nearby bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Getting Around:
This home is a quick stroll to the downtown area. Fort Benning is just a short drive or Uber away!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
