Overall, everything was good. Some things were out dated like the shower fixture (uneven water pressure and a drain that couldn't keep up so you were standing in a pool at the end). The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The bed was VERY comfortable, though.

The staff was very nice and understanding. We told the valet that we'd have to leave early in the morning before the valet employees start their shift and they left our vehicle up front with the keys at the front desk for us to pick up in the morning. The room was clean and quiet. And the hotel was within walking distance of quite a few things.

Beautiful hotel. Poor girl at the breakfast area was by herself trying to serve 18 various customers with custom drink orders. Line, people not happy, etc while the girl at the desk sat doing nothing. Not that it was her job but she could have helped the poor girl and addressed made customers.
