Nice selection of healthy options at the breakfast buffet. Great staff, they were so helpful and quick! The location is convenient and parking is ample. Note i was here on New Year's Eve and it was actually quiet! I would stay here again.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The only reason for the four-star rating was the noise from the air conditioning unit, which affected the quality of my sleep. While the children did not find this to be an issue, I would have otherwise rated the stay five stars. Aside from this minor concern, the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The staff members were nice and Stephen helped retrieve my bonvoy#.

The staff was fantastic! The lacking part was could not control the temp in our room and it wouldn't go below 72. Was told because of the temp outside it over rode the AC. The breakfast was meh.

The staff (Exandria ?) was amazing ! The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and it was very good. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Loved our stay !!

The night staff and security deserve a raise!!! The breakfast provided was amazing! The pool would’ve been great too, if it was heated, and the the final reason for the poor score is the room, it smelled terrible, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, there was no fan in the bathroom, thankfully the sheets on the bed were clean (we have a black light) or I definitely would’ve asked for a room change, if we would’ve stayed longer, I would’ve asked for a room change, but we were only there for two nights so we sucked it up. We would like to go back, but it’s a slim chance we will, hopefully the night front desk team and security get a raise!

The staff was very kind & it was a fully booked weekend. However, the room had an HORRIBLE vibration!. At first I thought it was bc we were near laundry room… I was infirmed it was a AC unit on the roof. Apparently not all guests can hear/feel it! I couldn’t sleep 2 days in a row bc of it. Finally I got a nap midday.. but it was AWFUL! If that wasn’t bad enough.. There was next to no water pressure & it took 5-10 min to get any hot water. We stayed there last year on the other side & loved the hotel. This year was awful… I do not know if we will be back…
