We were given a handicapped accessible room that we didnt ask for. There was a huge trippable hump in the carpet the full length of the room. The toilet paper was the cheapest stuff possible but otherwise was nice. I also asked for dairy topping on side and in the lounge. They took it away to bring non dairy out but still charged me for the incorrect food. I didnt get a credit for it.

Busy night in Cbus.

Was a busy night there Saturday w Ohio State graduation, large wedding, and a Volleyball tournament. Restaurant was very good. Very good breakfast buffet as well as other meals. Parking staff was able to handl the volume.

We were in town for a college graduation. Booked a loft but found it dingy and dirty and changed to a regular room. The room was clean but areas by elevators and hallways always needed vacuuming. No daily service but you are able to change out towels and get whatever you need. Ate lunch downstairs and it was good. It looked like it was in a good area to explore Columbus, but it was a rainy weekend. Beds were good, pillows ok, staff very friendly and accommodating.

The property is situated in a very great location where you can take a walk to nearby restaurants and also take a tour to the arena. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and responsive. The housekeeping service is quite slow. We requested for housekeeping at 8am and at 1pm when we returned to the room, it was yet to be cleaned. The facilities are just average. The light in my room was flickering. The sockets around the desk where the coffee table was connected were defective so we couldn’t use the coffee maker. We thought the coffee maker was faulty and they provided a new one, but still wasn’t working and that’s when we knew the sockets were faulty.

We checked in with Nicolle at the front desk and she was amazing. She helped us find restaurants and shopping. She was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a loft suite and it was fantastic. It was very spacious with high ceilings and 6 huge windows with a great view. Had a nice 2 person bathtub and great hot water. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to everyone. As Nicolle about the best places to go while you’re there, she is Awesome!

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained—clean, comfortable, and stylish—but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service. Let me give a special shoutout to the dream team: Almonie Womack, Brian Dickers, and Dennis Larson. These three are absolute rockstars of hospitality. Almonie made me feel like royalty the moment I walked in—warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Brian was always one step ahead, anticipating needs I didn’t even realize I had—talk about next-level service! And Dennis? He’s the kind of professional who radiates pride in what he does. His dedication and genuine care for guests create an atmosphere that’s rare to find.
