Clean and comfortable

The room was very clean and comfortable. Though simple it had very nice amenities. For example there was a Keurig in the room, a variety of pillows to choose from and a great mattress and pillows. The breakfast was great!

The room was nice and clean. We didn't have any issues. Great breakfast sandwiches for breakfast and they had great coffee. I wish they offered a free drink option for kids or for non coffee drinkers but it was great. Staff all seemed pretty great and friendly. There are train tracks behind the building but it was not terrible. If you get a room at the back of the building I would imagine that could be an issue. You could hear neighbors though the walls including the TVs. That was probably the one downside. But people are also very inconsiderate these days and are loud in the middle of the night or early morning. That has been a problem at all hotel stays lately no matter where we have stayed so no fault of the hotel. Also wish there was brighter lighting in the bathroom area for doing make up but not a deal breaker.

Great surprise

Great place to stay, so glad we found this gem. Check in/out is in the coffee shop onsite - an odd business model but it works! Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and we were able to park right outside the room. Definitely recommend staying here and we will again if in the area.

Comfortable, room for improvement.

First, I had to reach out to the property late Monday night with an issue with my booking. The person I talked to was fabulous helping me resolve something. At check in the next afternoon the person running the cafe seemed less than interested to be helping me, but I was able to check in quickly and get to my room. The room was a pretty standard motel room. It was neat and updated. There was a hair in the shower and the door to the toilet had some stains on it. Check-out was quick as the two baristas were very busy so I just dropped off my key. My son would have liked a list of channels available on the TV (he was very stressed about it). I was glad for free WiFi but it didn't seem very strong in our room.

Great to see this place brought up to a standard. Great service from the evening staff, even when they were busy closing the coffee shop as we checked in. Checkout was fast and easy. A great place to stay that's not too far from all the fun stuff when you're in town.
