The second bedroom is equally as comfortable with a memory foam queen-sized bed, stylish wallpaper , and a window allowing plenty of natural light.
Both bedrooms have tower fans and dressers so you can unpack your suitcases and feel at home.

This home has one full bathroom recently upgraded to provide an elegant space to unwind or prepare for the day. It includes a tub/shower combo and a mirrored vanity with plenty of storage for all your bathroom essentials. The water pressure is excellent, the towels are soft, and the lighting is perfect for ensuring your hair, makeup, and outfit look their best.

While this house is just minutes from some of the best restaurants and most popular places in Columbus, there may be nights when you want to stay in and cook a homemade meal. On these occasions, you'll be thankful for the full kitchen and all its gadgets, stainless steel appliances, and utensils.
A seamless blend of white accents and chrome finishes, the kitchen boasts a microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a Brita water filter. The full-size fridge is big enough to hold all of your groceries. Small details like a spice rack, Keurig coffee cups, a gourmet knife set, and a pantry full of small kitchen appliances will help you feel right at home.

The living room is a stylish hangout space with enough seating for 6.

Rope lights add a twinkling glow to the backyard, and a hammock is a perfect place for a nap in the shade. Challenge friends or family to a game of cornhole, or bring some snacks and a bottle of wine out to the fire pit and share your day adventures laid back in the Adirondack chairs. However you choose to entertain, this private backyard is a great place to do it.
As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. The rental is on one half of a brick ranch duplex. There is one step up into the unit. Each side has separate and private entrances
Feel free to use the amenities in the home, including the washer and dryer in the basement, the fast WiFi, barbecue, laptop-friendly workstations, and yard games (corn hole, hillbilly golf/ladder ball, Spikeball, and more). The yard games and BBQ are shared with a neighboring Airbnb.
We also offer many family-oriented amenities, including a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and many more. The space is not baby-proofed, but many baby safety items are available for your setup and use.
Streaming services are not provided but please feel free to log in to your accounts.
There is private parking right on the property in one designated spot.
We do have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.
Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit.
There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house.
Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities-
We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds based on any triggered sensitivities.
The unit is located on a quiet, dead-end street. It is a close distance to High Street
Avoidable fees:
•$750 avoidable fee for unauthorized parties or events
•No glitter or confetti allowed, $300 avoidable fee if found in property
•$500 avoidable fee for smoking inside, you may smoke outside. Sensors in the house will detect cigarette and marijuana smoke
•Extra Person beyond the number of authorized guests reserved is subject to $75 per person per night fee. Persons on the premises past 11PM are subject to additional guest fees.
•$200 unauthorized late checkout avoidable fee
•$250 fee for unauthorized commercial photography or videography. Please Contact us for our hourly rates if you wish to take photos or video at the property.
•The use of tape on the home’s walls, ceilings, and furnishings is not permitted.
•Tampering with, unplugging and/or covering of Ring cameras, noise monitoring devices and smoke monitoring devices is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund

• Wifi router, modem, decibel monitoring device, and security cameras may not be unplugged at anytime. Decibel monitoring device is located in the kitchen. It does not record anything, it only monitors noise decibel levels. This helps prevent parties from happening. Outdoor security camera is located at the front door. The cameras and decibel monitoring devices are on 24/7.
