I wasn't aware of the 125 dollar deposit she wanted and couldnt afford it so i booked with another hotel. Hopefully they dont try to charge me. I messaged them about the issue. They should put the amount for deposit on sited they use. There was a bunch of shady looking characters hanging around them grounds as well.

RELAX INN: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My grandson and I on a 3 night stay. Checked-in and went to room #1, filthy, garbage (food and trash) on floor and beds. Dirty towels and clothing on floor. Got room #2, looked better, shower faucet leaking loudly, went to take a shower next morning and could not get water flowing (except for the drip). As we were leaving to attend our event I told the desk clerk about shower, she said you have to pull out handle very hard, said she will have maintenance check it while we were gone. Got back that evening and still shower not working. Got room #3. Single bed, need 2 beds. Got room #4, Room looked clean, shower worked, but very little toilet paper and no spare rolls. We grabbed the spare rolls from room #2 when we got our stuff and moved into room #4. Went to take a shower that night and the towels were filthy! Went out the next morning and when we came back the room was not cleaned, I had to go get fresh towels. The only cleaning person I saw was someone running a leaf blower on the 2nd story landing. BTW: none of the rooms we were in had the soppls to put the toilet paper on. This was our 3rd year staying at this motel, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at, roaches everywhere, other people hair, dog poop in the corner of the room that was picked up but never actually cleaned so i dont think they even mop the floors, our mini fridge was on the balcony for some reason, didnt want look inside of it, if i could get a full refund for this stay i would, & i still havent even gotten my $75 deposit back for a hotel that was filthy .

There were cockroaches crawling all over the walls and under the bed sheets and they charged me for a full night despite me checking and getting refunded for my stay within 2 hours of checking in.

Should tear it down!!!! DO NOT BOOK !!

The fact that this place is still in business blows my mind. Went for just a relaxing weekend out the city with my friend and was mortified at not only did I have to provide all my information but my social security number and paying a cash deposit of $125. The room was clean when we walked in but there was a family of roaches on the bed itself!! Thank goodness that we always check the room before bringing our luggage in !! I immediately got my refund back. They're STILL trying to charge my card and my refund is not back on my card yet. I had to block them through my bank from attempting to charge my card. DO NOT BOOK!!

They have roaches and bed bugs!! Had to find somewhere else to sleep at 1am. When brought it up during check out the man said "well we tried". A prostitute tried to hit on my son. This place should not be in business. And you should be ashamed to promote it.

Absolutely horrible experience

Avoid at any cost. No water in the shower. Fridge was leaking. Bed was dirty. Sheets were definitely not clean.
