This property is infested with bed bugs and roaches. Do not let them tell you any different. If you do take a chance on believing them just pull up the blankets on the corners of your mattress. I can promise you if one room has them they all have them

We had no shower curtain in the shower. The tub had long black hairs in it. And there were dead bugs in the refrigerator. I know good help is hard to find, but just taking a few extra minutes to check the basics would be helpful

Upon checking in we were told we had to pay a $75 deposit for potential damage. We get to the room and there is a dead roach under the microwave, a cigarette butt and ashes laying on the floor in the bathroom, and the bathtub looked like somebody had been killed and someone scrubbed it so much it was worn out. Would not recommend staying here ever.

The lady at the front desk was very nice is the only good thing I have to say about this place. When you book/pay online they don’t tell you about the deposit that’s more than it was for the room then you get there. Once in the room it was dirty went to turn the ac on first thing and they was a spider on the ac. When to take a shower the tub was stopped up. One minute the water was fine then the next you was freezing or burning to death without even touching anything.

Rooms seemed clean and nice until I went into the bathroom and she took the sheets of the bed there was bed bugs horrible they ended up giving us a full refund but it was horrible I would never recommend staying here

My worst hotel experience to date. I was given a key to my 1st room and it didn't work. As I got back in my car I watched someone knock on the door and someone inside my room let them in. It was already occupied!!! I was then given a key to a second room. The key worked this time, but this room was also occupied! Personal belongings were scattered amongst the room and the tenants were in the shower! I was then given a key to a third room, this one finally vacant. The odor was so terrible that I had to leave the door open until I left for the evening. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week or more with dirt and debris everywhere. There was no trash can anywhere, not even in the bathroom. Nor was there an alarm clock. The TV didn't work and one of the only 2 lights flashed. People sitting outside on the steps that got rude with me for using them and a staff that could care less about any of my complaints. Never again! Should probably just be condemned.

When I arrived, the smoke-free room I reserved with a jacuzzi wasn't available. They gave me another room. I put my bag on the table and a cockroach popped out. I killed it. The cigarette smell was unbearable. As I woke up, I felt something crawling on my head, and it was another cockroach! Never again.

It was kind of dirty. The flores were sticky and there were visible piles of crud underneath everything. Every single towel had mystery stains and crusty patches on them. I had them changed the she but the new sheets weren't much better then the towels. They were nice but apparently don't own a. Broom Or Mop. Should have taken photos but I was in a hurry.

I paid theu hotels.com then when i got to the hotel the room was not clean and they refused to clean it for me so i had to spend 2 hours going back and forth with the hotels.com and the actual hotel to get refuned... then by that point i had to turn around and rent a room without a tub at same hotel cuz whole transaction took so long. ... Do not assume you will get what ur paying for because more then likely you will not get what u paid for ....

Do you like sleeping on a plastic covered mattress? How about curling up under a razor thin sheet that won’t keep you the slightest bit warm because the doors and windows don’t have seals or insulation? Do you like showering with dirty towels? Boy oh boy do I have the stay for you. Pros: huddling with my partner for pure warmth to avoid the hypothermia of the room was very romantic. Also the metal bottle opener attached to the wall was a nice touch.
