I had a late check in (after midnight). The room was trashed (number 218).it had obviously not been cleaned. They had no adtional rooms. The lady at counter was embarrased but there were no other rooms available, so she suggested we find another hotel and would reimburse me. Do you know how hard it is to find a room at 1:30 AM? Terrible, never ever staying at Wyndham again.

The staff was friendly. The room was fine. The bed/sheets were clean. The bathroom was HORRIFIC!! The toilet was covered in urine down the sides and front and on onto the floor. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were empty. There was a puppy being supervised by what seemed like children of the staff who allowed the little guy to urinate in the lobby where the dining tables were without cleaning up behind him and walking away from it.

Room clean and safe Office staff and housekeeping great.My only concern is when maintenance had to replace my room refrigerator he smelt like marijuana loudly and it left an unbearable scent ! That I had to use perfume spray to get rid of the awful scent because I'm a nonsmoker. I confronted him and he stated he from Michigan and it's legal there but like I told him it's not legal at a work place with customers of a hotel..

Front desk when arriving was good. Got into the room, it was bad. The smell of cleaning products and mildew was awful. Maintenance said he dis have to shampoo the carpet, the guests before had a dog that made messes on the carpet. I ended up with headaches, there weren't any more rooms. Breakfast could use some updating.

I would not stay again

The first room we checked into had beer cans in the bathroom trash. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. Hair was all in the shower and toilet. The room smelled like it hadnt been cleaned. They moved us to another room and they shower was clogged with hair. Water wouldnt drain out.
