Horrible sleep dont recommend

Bed smelled like the sheets and pillows were not fully cleaned smelled sweaty, no extra sheets or towels at the front desk, they don’t let you take breakfast back to your room so I could eat while I packed,breakfast was ok otherwise, pictures of hotel on here were misleading, area around the hotel was sketchy, gym has terrible equipment only a few dumbbells and outdated machines, if i wasn’t exhausted from a 10 hour drive I would have gone someplace else, terrible experience overall, the chipped floor was also sharp if you walk barefoot

Property was nice. Just be advised there are no elevators. Only Stairs. Staff was generally nice at check in but when I asked for a note pad as the one in the room only had 2 sheets the employee I asked had a slight attitude like I was bothering him then walked away came back and said they didn’t have any. Other than that the experience was nice.

Upon checking in we noticed the hallway to our room was dirty. Needed vacuuming.amd shampooing. Hence the reason the lights were extremely dim going to the room. When going into our room the floor was dirty, the couch was dirty and upon checking for bedbugs we found crumbs on the mattress under the mattress protector. We also found what looked to be a dead bug although we couldn't be for sure. We did not stay and requested to cancel our reservation. Your desk clerk assured us she would cancel our reservation and we should receive a refund. Within 4 days.

We thought the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice bed to sleep in, beautifully made each morning, breakfast to eat, and a washroom, and free wifi, so our needs were met. There was always a good parking spot available. We were given a non smoking room that had definitely been smoked in, it was a little disappointing. The floor was sticky. And I received a washcloth covered in little hairs. So the cleanliness was kinda gross. We also had a wheelchair accessible shower which is ok, but the water would go everywhere so we had a lot of water to clean up every time we took a shower. But overall our needs were met, and we enjoyed our stay in Ohio.
