Welcome to the coziest cottage in Columbus! Here at our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, you'll find all the comforts of home all while being centrally located! You're only 15 mins from downtown Columbus and minutes from I-185 which will take you right to Fort Moore! We are excited to host you! Pet friendly with fee.

The Space:
When you walk into our condo, you will see the open- concept living room with two sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and a large SmartTv. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day or spend time together playing games! You will see the dining room and kitchen just off the living room. Our kitchenette features a stove, microwave and full-size fridge!

There are 3 bedrooms in our home, one with a queen, one with two twin, and one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is an additional sleeping space with two double beds. This are is in a shared part of the home with no door. There are also two bathrooms with a tub.

***Please note, there are a couple of stairs to get into the home, and a few stairs to get down to to the living room, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. If you are not comfortable with stairs, this might. not be the best choice for your stay. Please inquire for our other rental options that may better suit your needs.****

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home. Outdoor spaces and parking is shared with guests of other units.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood.

Getting Around:
There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take cab/Uber.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

The laundry space is shared between all units.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
