I will never step foot in this place again. The fire alarm went off the first night twice, very loudly in room. Was frustrating but we got over it. The next night was complete chaos, the alarm went off EVERY hour if not more. Staff at first said kids were pulling it but there was no way. A family member of mine asked the staff about it and they said "I'm tired of hearing it too and I am tired of getting calls about it." Meanwhile, we are paying to stay there, and not sleep. We were not offered any compensation except points to spend money at another holiday inn at another time. While this was at least something, I would have preferred at least some money back seeing as it was impossible to sleep. These weren't just subtle alarms either, I am talking loud and giving me anxiety the entire night. The room across from us left because their kids were crying and scared every time it went off. I felt bad for the workers as some were so nice, but it truly was a horrible experience.

Stayed at hotel for one night, fire alarms went off every hour all night long. Supposedly not their first run in with this issue and no warning was given to us. You stay at a hotel to get a good nights sleep only to not get that what so ever. No contact from customer service on the issue

Amber was great at check in. Beds were clean. Bathroon had mold on the ceiling and the exhaust fan did not work. We I told the front desk the statement was "oh okay" I have a picture if the mold on the ceiling. Ibgot charged twice. $257.13 on 2/27/2025 then charged $157.13 on 03/01/2025. 2 different cards. I spoke to Todd. Told me to wait 3-5 days. $414.13 is a lot to be on hold for 1 night.

The bathroom was dirty, dirt in every corner of the bath tub. The whole stay, we didn't have hit water and they said they reset it, but we never had hot water. The fire alarm kept going off and the fire department was there. My grandkids were scared.

Absolutely worst staff and customer service.

8:30 PM fire alarms start going off. My 3 kids were sleeping, 2 of which are toddlers. This scared the absolute sh*t out of them. The fire alarms went off a total or 3 times within about 15 minutes, with the lights flasing the entire time. I called the front desk to ask for a partial refund due to this, and they said someone pulled the alarm and it isn't their fault.. I explained about my kids and said if they couldn't help I would call corporate. The lady says "go right ahead, have a good night" and hung up the phone. I called corp who told me I would have to leave for a refund and drive 3.5 hr home with 3 kids at night. Then....11:45 at night, someone is BANGING and opens our door. The front desk person GAVE OUR ROOM KEY TO ANOTHER GUEST. And he came barging in yelling "HELLO". This again, absolutely scared my kids. We called the front desk, and the now guy tells us "the key was preprogrammed" and he wasn't aware someone was in our room!!!!! After leaving, I received a $50 charge, a $396 charge, and another $100 charge. On a $178 night stay. We are still waiting on a call back from corporate to try to get a refund for all of this. It was absolutely sickening. Another guest had no hot water for 2 night stay and also had little kids who couldn't even bathe.

Overall our stay was great but the pool area is a mess. The pool itself is awesome and provides a kiddie area. But, we weren’t able to use the pool area because of all of the bigger kids rough housing and splashing. I’m aware that it says to swim at own risk but there should be at least someone checking for wristbands. There were plenty of people in there that I know for a fact were not staying there. Overall the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and our rooms were clean.
