What a disaster

At check in I was told electronic key cards were not working. Bellman keyed me in. The room was extremely hot and took almost 2 hours to cool down. Then when I turned the tv on, a message said cable was unavailable. Although staff was courteous and tried to rectify these situations, this just isn't ok at this price point. The room across the hall had an alarm going off for at least an hour, and I got hardly any sleep because the people above me were stomping above my head all until 2 a.m. Never again. I will never return or recommend.

The AC was good and controllable and not excessively noisy. Much needed as we had a heat spell. The food in the 17 Arrows was very good albeit expensive. Service was excellent.

Very clean and great atmosphere. Love the added amenities. Beds are comfortable. Food is fantastic! Pool is warmed and well worth it. Gym is top tier. Employees are great. No complaints. Just be aware there are extra charges for parking and breakfast. Otherwise, highly recommend.
