Subpar Room

Dirty, old, dingy. Dark room with no lights. I had to turn on my flashlight to look through my suitcase. Smells like smoke.

Love the convince of the location. Was able to walk to two amazing restaurants that were just on the next block over. The room was good sized. I did give it 5 stars because i have stayed at hotels that have larger nicer rooms, free parking, and breakfast for less than i paid for this place. I would stay here again, especially due to the great location.

Not Happy

TV didn't work. We got back to the room late after walking through a downpour from the arena, and the TV didn't work. No information in the room on how to call the front desk. We had already gotten out of our dripping wet clothes when I called the outside line to the hotel from my cell. No one at the front desk had a reasonable solution at 11pm (I didn't really expect them to). Hotel didn't seem concerned about the issue. Large hair ball stuck to the wall in the shower. Coffee in the room is instant with a tea pot to heat water. Would not start here again. Hilton should not have their name on this place.
