Top-notch customer service from check-in to breakfast! Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The 5:30 kickback was a great bonus, and breakfast was well run and welcoming. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and the staff went above and beyond even asking how our games went, cheering us on, and making us feel truly supported. That personal touch made a big difference. Overall, an excellent stay with an outstanding team. Definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel was fine, not spectacular. Breakfast was good. Booked two rooms, one with a king bed and one with two queens. When we got to the rooms both had two queen beds, with one having no windows. Told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. Not a big deal but I won’t be spending my money here when there are other options in the future.

I can rave on and on about this place! The customer service at this hotel was hands-down the greatest experience that I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
