I was charged $40 extra dollars for an early check in!!! I arrived an hour early from driving 7 hrs…. That hour shouldn’t have been 40 $ …. I should’ve some kind of perks using HOTELS.COM for years!!!!

The facility while older was well kept and clean. Rooms were very clean and quiet. The only issue I encountered was a difficulty reaching the front desk by phone while off property and receiving a refund for unused stay. I still would stay at the facility again, just aware of taking care of any busy prior to departure

The room was very cozy and clean😌smelled clean as well. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciate the 40”TV😃. Only downside was it didn’t have a small fridge or a microwave but I would definitely stay there again 😃. I didn’t get a chance to go to the pool but I will next time 😁

Sheets in the room were dirty, hallways were poorly designed, stickers for door numbers, overall visual from outside to inside did not match the pictures it was overall not welcoming at all wouldn’t stay there again nor would I recommend to anyone. The staff I did speak with were very welcoming and helpful as much as they could.

Our room was nice, very big. Nice variety of things conviently near by. The elevator on one side of the hall was broken down, when we tried to go down, the elevator took us up, then down then up to the top floor then down to the lobby... without ever stopping or opening the door so that was a nice little trip lol. We got extremely nervous, we were leaving to grab some food, and another very large male walked towards us coming through the door and told us "you need to drink some god water or something" and watched us out the door. We felt very uneasy and the parking lot is not lit very well. I understand the other guest was not of your doing. But justed to give an honest review! Your hotel was recommended by a friend that travels alot so I was glad to have a great price to try it out!.

Cleanliness was fair, Staff hard to evaluate as they were overwhelmed with issues. Keys would not work in two different rooms (had to change rooms due to lack of access). Could not use hot tub due to restrictive hours. They failed to provide breakfast because I booked through a third party. Day manager could use more training on customer service as she was rude and would not address me but gave instructions to staff to relay to me (even though she was 5 ft away). It was apparent that there was an ownership change and were making changes (the property needs an entire rehab and update). WILL NOT BE BACK
