Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This was my first time choosing this hotel, as I was traveling for my son’s Army graduation. I chose it because it is part of a known chain, and I expected a better standard of cleanliness and overall quality.
Upon arrival, the outside environment did not feel very safe. I had assumed the rooms would be inside a fully enclosed building, but that was my mistake for not verifying beforehand. Still, the overall impression was not what I expected.
During both days of our stay, we found small roaches in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. The curtain was torn and visibly dirty. The hair dryer did not work, and some of the outlets were also not functioning.
The reception area and general atmosphere felt more like a motel than a hotel from a recognized chain.
I understand that price can reflect quality, but I still expected basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
