The hotel itself was fine. Our car as well as multiple others were broken into. Windows were smashed and cars were ransacked through. The hotel did not alert any guests about what happened. We found out after we checked out- there was a plastic bag on our car door and glass everywhere. The night auditor that stayed over to help tried her best to help given the circumstances, but not a single manager was around. Book with caution. Park in the front of the lot or take public transportation. Reports of multiple hotels in that same plaza area also experiencing break ins.

Breakfast was basically none existent during the 2 week stay. Starbucks is a joke, nobody there knows how to make good coffee at all or a real pumpkin 🎃 latte. John was great as far as customer service goes & the 2nd shift young lady was fantastic as well. Joe the GM don't address all issues but play favorites with his late night auditor (11pm-7am) lady, maybe he has lack of options for that job spot. Just by the way she treats a guest and how she talks to them, it aint her first time doing so ! She has bad customer service and then plays victim, after she gets caught being rude and hollering literally at a customer..mind your business next time lady... because i did record it on my phone 📹 😑 (actually the entire incident) Sorry the GM didnt ask for that!! Sadly be very aware if you check in late night. Remember at the end of the day, the paying customer is usually always right. Make them comfortable,not uncomfortable. Dont pick on a disabled blind veteran.

At the beginning of our stay, everything seemed great. The staff was very pleasant and even gave us recommendations on places to visit during our stay. However, things took a turn for the worse on Saturday night when a sewer smell emerged from the bathroom shower. We contacted the staff, who then contacted maintenance, but they never showed up. About an hour later, the manager arrived and offered us free breakfast instead of removing us from a room that was reeking of toxic waste. He claimed that the hotel was fully booked and offered us another free breakfast. After I declined the free breakfast again and stated that I wanted another room, 15 minutes later, an empty room appeared, and we were able to switch rooms. Once we switched rooms, the WiFi was choppy, but at least the bathroom wasn’t filled with toxic chemicals. The best part about this stay was the staff. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were both awesome. However, the owners need to make sure that the rooms are safe before allowing guests and putting their staff in awkward positions.

Overall stay was great. Room was comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. The pool and gym were nice and clean also. My only issue was the noise in the morning from the hosekeeping staff. Our room was right next to their storage area and every morning around 9am they have their meeting in the hallway and they are really loud. Be prepared for that. And the housekeeping staff are accommodating and professional but they have zero people skills. Not a deal breaker for me, still had a nice time.
