Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room itself was just okay—nothing exceptional, but acceptable for a short stay. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the staff’s behavior and lack of basic hospitality.
One of the front desk staff members was very rude when discussing breakfast. I was told in an unprofessional manner that because my reservation was made through Expedia, I was not eligible for complimentary breakfast. This was communicated abruptly and without any attempt to explain politely or help find a solution.
Housekeeping was another major concern. The cleaning staff showed no interest in cleaning the room, and my bed was not made until I tipped the cleaning lady, which should never be a requirement for basic housekeeping services. This made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of service.
Overall, while the room condition was acceptable, the poor attitude of the staff and lack of standard service significantly affected my stay. I would think twice before staying here again and hope management addresses these service issues
