Basketball tournament

Stay was very good. Front desk was fast and polite. Hotel was very clean and parking was close and easy. Ice machine was broken on 4th floor but other than that was just what we need and close to everything. Could walk to Texas Roadhouse and Quaker Steak.

Very clean and comfortable. There was a woman training another woman at the desk. The training woman was pretty harsh and impatient with the poor woman she was training. I felt bad for the lady. The trainer needs to be more compassionate and nicer to people she is training.
